Cranberry Walnut Overnight Oats (Gluten Free & Vegan)

  • 1 ½ cups gluten free rolled oats
  • 3 tbsp Ocean Spray® Cranberry Seeds
  • 1 ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • a pinch or two of kosher salt
  • 1 ½ cups nut milk
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts
  • 3 tbsp dried cranberries
  • white chocolate chips (optional)


  1. Using either 3 different jars or 1 large one, add in the rolled oats, Ocean Spray® Cranberry Seeds, ground cinnamon, and kosher salt. Mix until well combined.

  2. Next, pour in the nut milk and maple syrup. Mix until well combined.

  3. Refrigerate the oats overnight or for at least 8 hours covered.

  4. Once overnight oats are set, mix in chopped walnuts and dried cranberries. Top with white chocolate chips if desire and enjoy!
