Salsa con Queso (Paleo, Vegan, Keto)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw cashews* or macadamia nuts
  • 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • ½ tsp kosher salt more for taste
  • ¼ cup salsa
  • 1 cup hot water

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients into a how power blender or food processor.

  2. Blend until well combined and smooth.

  3. If not using right away, store in an airtight container for up to a week.

Recipe Notes

*If you don't have a high power blender or food processor, soak the cashews in hot water for at least 30 minutes. Remove from water then add to the blender. You will still need to add the 1 cup of hot water to the dip.
