Mango Mint Green Tea (Whole30, Paleo)

  1. Boil 8 cups of water.

  2. Steep the 4 bags of green tea in water for 3-5 minutes in a pitcher or large container.

  3. Remove tea bags, stir in 2 scoops of Bare Bones Collagen Peptide until dissolved.

  4. Refrigerate the green tea for at least 2 hours.

  5. Peel the mangoes and then roughly chop into large chunks.

  6. Add the mango chunks into a food processor or blender. Blend until the mango chunks are pureed.

  7. In a large glass, add about 1-2 tablespoon of the mango puree to the bottom, top with crushed ice, then add in a few mint leaves, and then top with cold green tea.

  8. Mix and enjoy!
