Boil 8 cups of water.
Steep the 4 bags of green tea in water for 3-5 minutes in a pitcher or large container.
Remove tea bags, stir in 2 scoops of Bare Bones Collagen Peptide until dissolved.
Refrigerate the green tea for at least 2 hours.
Peel the mangoes and then roughly chop into large chunks.
Add the mango chunks into a food processor or blender. Blend until the mango chunks are pureed.
In a large glass, add about 1-2 tablespoon of the mango puree to the bottom, top with crushed ice, then add in a few mint leaves, and then top with cold green tea.
Mix and enjoy!
