Korean BBQ Skewers (Paleo & Keto)

  1. Pat ribeye dry and cut into cubes.

  2. Place cubed ribeye into a bowl, add in Kevin's Natural Foods Korean BBQ Sauce, sesame oil, kosher salt, and fresh cracked pepper.

  3. Mix until the ribeye is well coated. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes. While ribeye is marinating, soak your wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.

  4. When the ribeye is marinated, skew the cubes onto the wooden stick.

  5. Lightly grease a grill pan or skillet with avocado oil and preheat over medium high heat.

  6. Add the skewers and cook on each side for 6 minutes or until done to your preference.

  7. Air fryer method: place skewers into the basket and cook at 400F for 12 minutes flipping halfway through.

  8. Meanwhile, add the leftover marinade to a small saucepan and bring it to a gentle boil. Simmer for 6-7 minutes or until sauce has thickened.

  9. When the ribeye is done cooking, brush the marinade on both sides, plate, and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.

  10. Serve with kimchi and nori sheets.
